CityWatch Security offers 24/7, Grade 1A-level alarm monitoring and management. This is the highest level of managed monitoring, in keeping with Australian Standard 2201.1A. As part of our end-to-end service, CityWatch Security can install integrated alarm and camera systems to manage remote video monitoring. These systems can include both video and conventional motion detection, depending on the installation environment and client budget.
Our systems are capable of operating both fixed and Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) cameras. These systems allow you to search during and after an alarm or event. They also allow remote access video tours of the premises for security personnel so a triggered alarm can be checked for accuracy before attending the site.
